To the editor:
As 2011 comes to an end, TAP-IN would like to extend our gratitude to the community for coming to our aid.
With all the generous assistance we received this holiday season from individuals, churches, schools, scout troops, banks and other local businesses, we were able to provide gifts and nourishment to over 250 families in need. True holiday spirit shines bright in our little corner of the world!
TAP-IN is a volunteer, non-profit organization that assists neighboring residents with basic needs. Monetary donations as well as non-perishable food, furniture, housewares, children’s clothing, toys and infant equipment are welcome all year long!
We are located on the lower level of the Barrington Public Library. We are open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to noon.
